As the Saftey you are the deepest guy... and all you do is tackle in this situation - prevent the big play even if it was a big play like the catch you are to clean it up not be 'involved'. Its called situation awareness. Look as if he wanted to have a stake in the play because the catch almost seemed impossible so he went for being involved and lost track of the 'situation awareness'. He f'ed up on the plan plan and simple. He takes ownership of it but its time to learn from it and move on. |
