There is often a misunderstanding that because there is random drug testing that its ONLY random drug testing. The Leagues drug testing policy has a clause for “Reasonable cause” that allows them to request a non random sample any time and pretty much for any reason.
If someone submits a statement to an Independant Administrator sayingtheybthey saw player-x visiting a well known PED distributing physician, the league can test that player at their deacretion. |
