If he's helping from a technical perspective or even from a motivational perspective, lets sign him as an asst coach, right?

He said in an interview that he does not want to coach. He said the hours were far too long. He wants to enjoy his family and his brewery.

But as an advisor he could come out whenever he wants to.

Not one draft pick could take his spot no matter how much he helped them. I respect that man!

Sometimes just having a different voice come in is invaluable; players don't get fatigued with just one coach/voice - it keeps the team message fresh...
