Why do you feel it is your duty to share lies like that? People come to this forum to learn things and that is just plain false. I know you think you're being funny and/or clever, but all you are doing is falsely smearing the reputation of one of the most outstanding characters on the roster. Two fellow Saints players (Bushrod and Strief) have both implied publicly in interviews that Ingram was the victim of taking a normally safe supplement that had been contaminated by trace elements of a banned substance. It had nothing to do with Sudafed according to ANY source beyond a member here on Black & Gold that mentioned Sudafed being one of the several items on the "banned list" that could receive a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) from the league.

Either you are too lazy to read enough to know you are in error or you think that your weak attempts at humor justify spreading lies.
