When I first started plying rugby I had several concussions. After awhile I learned how to tackle and not hurt myself. I've said before tackling is a lost art in football!

That wasn't the league's intention, but it will end up being the consequence. It shows you how out of touch the league office actually is when it comes to actual football matters. They fail to pass it by the real football people to find out the plausible end result.
