Ed Orgeron is stupidly stubborn; he should make the LSU offense - USC South...

They'd then have a draw for the QB talent to maximize the WRs they somehow recruit...

The offense would be different than all the others in the conference...

And even more LSU players would find success in the NFL with an easier transition...

It helps when you have a idea of what to expect and not go in wide eyed and clueless. The verbiage and assignments must be difficult to comprehend when you don't understand the concept and nothing seems to make sense.

Like that the Saints are looking at guys who play in similar packages as we do...

But I'm a bothered how weighted the personal references are as not everyone is going to give the same level of honesty in those "insider scouting reports"...

Another gem in the 2017 Saints draft.

I don't treat PFF as the gospel but Mr. Ramczyk graded out at 8th out of 81. In his final 8 games of the season, he surrendered only one QB hit & 0 sacks. That's big time/prime time.

I'd say that trade with the Pats (Cooks in exchange for pick #32) worked out nicely for us.

Totally, Right-On Post...

That grading was ALL Tackles, not just RTs or just Rookies, but ALL Tackles - Can't wait to get Ramczyk to LT, jettison Terron Hot Tub Armstead...

When Armstead plays he's a beast. He gets great blocks and gets down field quickly. I'm not sure how many games he's missed but it feels like he's available about 10 out of 16 games each season.iirc

I'll be honest with you I'm not comfortable with our depth along the O-line. If we lose one starter we could see a substantial drop off in our run and pass protection. I was glad Bushrod left because he never impressed me and now he's our backup at guard. This doesn't inspire confidence and looking at the roster leaves me feeling very edgy..........

Really won't know till PreSeason with Full Metal Contact what the rookies and reserves have, but I feel better now than six weeks ago about our OL reserves...

..., not great, but better...

Having good depth (see Philly) & staying somewhat healthy throughout the season is key. Pretty impressive how we finished considering how many players we had on IR.

Keep grinding.
