Well Dan Roushar lit a fire under his arse about his work ethic; and apparently Zach Strief felt compelled enough to pull the rookie aside as well... But PFF recently graded him as one of the top rookies (going against two's of course); a better gauge will be him playing with the ones in the final PreSeason game...
