"Bridgewater gives the Saints insurance in case of an injury to Brees. He’s an experienced back-up for the 2018 season and allows Hill time to develop. Hill solidified his roster spot with a strong performance against the Chargers. The Saints remain high on Hill’s long-term future."

Oh I agree with you. I like the hell outta the guy and I believe he deserves to be on the team. But the thought of him one day being a starting QB in this league is laughable.

I chuckled at that too. They are going to bring in a veteran QB the same age with skins on the wall to develop a Qb who has been in the system for 2 years?
