Ronald McKinnon UFA Cardinals – After taking over the starting job inside for starter Eric Hill in 1998, McKinnon has been a mainstay and one of their best players. McKinnon is known as a good run stopper but his skills are clearly declining and he’s just average in pass coverage. He still should get some interest in free agency but he likely only got a few years left as a starter.

While he is a pass rushing demon, Boulware has improved his pass defense. Still, Boulware needs to improve his run defense to be considered the best strongside linebacker in the game.
