Lets Talk About Something We All Can Agree On
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Frankly neither team looked all that great. It was supposed to be the Falcons redemption game but they got beat by the same set of circumstances that knocked them out of the playoffs last year....

Also made me realize we have a better, more experienced pass and that should get us past them both in the playoffs... Drew hadn't seen the post-season after three straight 7-9 seasons, came out rusty against the Vikes, and Brees with Marcus Williams lead the second half rally... I like our team this year, even when our Head Coach is fumbling away our future to try to perfect the roster for just one season... |

Not every move in the NFL is a linear move towards the future. Sometimes they are parallel or even a step back. When you have an aging QB and are in a win now mode you have to gamble a little bit. I down mind a down year or two if it means getting us to the Super Bowl this year.
