Re: How the highly-touted Saints secondary came back to earth
Every year we make a back up QB look like a hall of famer. Hopefully they just decided to get it out of the way early this year.

Re: How the highly-touted Saints secondary came back to earth
Thankfully the Browns don't have 3 big time receivers and 2 above average tight ends. Lattimore needs to quit eating donuts and the linebackers need to be put where they can actually play well. Davenport and Jordan will get cranked up. Not sure if Williams has any confidence...that worries me.

Re: How the highly-touted Saints secondary came back to earth
Fitzpatrick is NOT a backup QB. He has started 120 NFL games in his career ... 75 more than Winston. He's probably started more than half the other 31 day one starters in the league. I seriously doubt that the outcome would have been the same had Winston been in there instead of Fitzpatrick.

Re: How the highly-touted Saints secondary came back to earth
I keep on saying this remember how we made Sam Bradford look like an ace when we lost week 1 last season against the Vikes. Same damn thing happened with the bearded wonder Sunday. We will have a difficult time with GW and the Browns. It's what we do....

Yeah, and there's a reason why he's been in the league for 14 years, as well. He's highly adaptable and has the ability to play at a high level at times. I'd venture to guess that his career will be much longer than Jameis Winston's.
