YES!!!!!!! Great job by the offense today! Defense owes the offense dinner all week.

Agreed, hopefully this catapults our season. Way to stay with it and not give up.

Great win.

Secondary needs some serious work.

Re: Saints at Falcons Age Day Thread

We need to find an answer in the secondary. We can't keep giving up 5-10 explosive plays per game and expecting to pull it out.

Last year Lattimore could be trusted as shut down allowing safeties to help Crawley, not seeing that so far this year.

Truth. Lattimore has looked a little better each game I think, so perhaps there's hope. Then again Marcus Williams hasn't looked too great either so who knows how much it would even help to roll him over.

If you just got here from a foreign country, and just witnessed your 1st NFL game, you gotta be hooked and a Saints fan.

Lattimore has done his part, the issue is we are playing single high safety looks because we think Williams is good (he isn't). Add that to the absolutely crap play of crawley and PJ and we have issues for sure. We have 1 starting caliber DB from what I have seen these first 3 weeks.

Re: Saints at Falcons Age Day Thread

This was a gutsy win by this team. Very happy with how the offense looks right now and when MI comes back we're going to have great balance. However, we need to fix this defense. Still no pass rush and our #2 corner (whoever is in there) can't guard anyone.

Looked a little dirty when a 6"5 lineman has to try and cut block a 5"10 180lb Cornerback, he could just mow straight through him but dove at Robinsons legs instead.

An extremely frustrating and exciting win. A lot to complain about but hey, we’re 2-1. Once you hit rock bottom(the secondary), I guess there’s nowhere to go but up from here.

High ankle sprains are notoriously difficult to heal. He may be out for 4 to 6 weeks, not a couple.

Well, we got the G'nats next week and then a BYE week for him to recover; but the way he rolled it up, two weeks is optimistic...

Wonder if we can patch that secondary to get by and steal a second road game on the road and get to the BYE at 3-1?
