Re: Saints searching for answers in secondary after rough start
Some of our problems are people don't appear to know their assignments. No one understands their role in certain packages....that's what I've seen. Plus getting burned and owned on man

This was very clear against Atlanta if not the two weeks prior. Our guys don't understand their responsibilities. Of course just getting beat isn't helping either.

Re: Saints searching for answers in secondary after rough start
It's not technique, it's scheme...
Example, in the first three games, despite Cam Jordan being our only effective pass rusher, we had him drop back into coverage and re-designated an OLB to blitz... Why?!? That's not technique, that's poor scheme... And we keep running it like Payton continues to run the naked double reverse like it will somehow start working despite results to the contrary... |
