Running backs not playing is usually related to learning oass protections.. it so I've been told

Attributed to the fact we can’t seem to get the running game going? Yes, we don’t have Ingram but I figured Williams and MG would at least contribute.

A lot. Peyton talked about this in the presser today. WR blocking is critical. They have to learn the defensive packages each week and know where the force will be coming from. It's a weakness right now outside of MT. CM can barely stand up so he won't be blocking anyone with authority like Coleman.

Merideth too! He was on his way to being a superstar with the Bears he’s bound to bounce back here and become a huge part of our offense. We have historically had awesome success when we take a gamble and sign these players who have only been heald back by injury. It’s uncanny how well they bounce back. I just wish we would have given him a huge contract!

Zach is pure class, so pretty sure he was towing the company line w/his bud. But I'd go by what the coaches think about ol' Slick Rick's amazing work ethic.
