This Marionneaux sounds like a brain surgeon. Was there a large mental institute opened somewhere in northern LA? B/c that's gotta be who is voting for this chode. I don't like Benson's actions in all this, but this guy seems even less intelligent, and somehow, I doubt that he's helping the situation.
I'm going to hope that this is a misinterpretation of what he really said. If not...what a maroon! Otherwise, contacts with the state would only be good 4 or 8 years? Yeah, makes perfect sense there, Robby.
