It's hard to give a player like this a nickname. A nickname is usually a reference to something or somebody else. This guy has no reference. He is the one & only Taysom Hill. There's really nothing to compare or reference him to unless you want to come up with something that sounds like a Marvel character like "Captain Football".

I wonder if this will start a new trend in QBs in the NFL. You draft a fast QB who did a lot of running in college and make him your 3rd string QB that can be brought in to run the football.

I think it will. You are going to see a lot of coaches trying to find their Tayson . They have been out there but I don’t think any other coaches have the ability to think outside the box like Payton
Think of a poor mans Cam Newton. Athletic but not quite good enough at QB to warrant a roster spot so they wind up getting cut. They never thought the player could be used in other ways.

What position does he actually play? Defense, QB, RB, ST. Sure Roger will pass a law against it next year after we win the SB like he did with OT.
