Adrian Peterson says he dislocated shoulder against Saints

Peterson said the injury happened in the second quarter of the loss to the Saints. Peterson appeared to grab his right shoulder after being tackled at the end of a 24-yard reception up the left sideline. Chris Thompson and Kapri Bibbs took over as the Washington running backs for the remainder of the game.

Wow.

I actually thought Adrian tore his ACL on that tackle from PJ early on.

I’m glad he didn’t...but man that was a tackle that provided a spark!! You don’t see many corners come down and take a RB on like that!!

Credit PJ, he was fearless on that tackle and really ignited us.
