Green was a fast mofo however I believe Deion Sanders may have been even faster. I can't find the video but have you ever seen that highlight of him running down Buffalo Bills Don Beebe (he's a 4.20 guy on a slow day) on that kick off return?

Bo Jackson weighed over 230 lbs and legend has it he was a 4.15 guy
