I don't get the hate for Teddy B. I think he could absolutely step in and help this team to the playoffs. Maybe not the super bowl, but on the other hand if Nick Foles can do it then so could Teddy. Foles is a joke, Teddy has legitimate starter ability at the very least.

That’s what I’m saying. His bones have got to be getting brittle.

I think we have to retain him as an insurance policy right now. God forbid Brees suffers an injury, Teddy has more of a polished skill set and starter experience than Taysom Hill does right now and would be less of a drop off as a fill in starter to carry us through any time Brees misses. And we could still showcase the same Taysom gadget plays as we do now. If we moved Teddy for another asset before the deadline we would be in a dangerous position should we need to sub at QB.

I did hear talk of rumors surrounding Bridgewater to the Jags and Calais Campbell coming our way which would be a massive upgrade to the d-line rotation though.

We got Teddy for what? A 3rd? Pretty sure it'll take more than that to pry him away from us.

He is worth more than a 3 right now. It was a berserk move. Most genius moves are berserk. Did we really need him? Of course not. Our draft next year is well, we don't really have one. If someone offers a 2nd we'd take it. So he is an insurance policy but, one we can sell to someone if they want to over pay.

The strength of this team is the draft. We have done extremely well. Off the charts really. I think he is a fine QB but we need to focus on our strength and if the Jags want to give up a 2nd or a 3 and change take it and run.

That's ridiculous. I'm 61 and my bones aren't brittle. And I'm sure he has even a healthier diet than I employ.
