Funny how he knows Payton was fooking with him with that play. I don't blame Jenkins for being mad, imagine the questions he constantly gets about the teams play after winning a SB. He is only 1 person.

Jenkins is a punk. He seems to forget that if it wasn't for Payton, he wouldn't have gotten his first SB ring. The Saints could have passed him up and he could have landed with the Browns or some other subpar team and be dealing with one bad season after another. Instead of giving Payton the finger, he should kiss his rear end.

Jenkins can be mad or anything else he wants to do in Philadelphia... whatever.
The one thing I noticed even though his team was getting owned there was no quit in ole Mac. So he and Sproles had a good run with the Saints and life goes on... |

I hated Jenkins then and I still hate him now. Good riddance.

It was more of a "come on man" thing and less of a pure anger gesture. He respects Payton. I kinda get it though. Jamming the pedal down with a 30 plus point lead in the 4th is not going to get much applause except for Saints fans.

Re: Eagles' Jenkins flips off his former coach Payton
IF THE SAINTS HADN'T "JAMMED THE PEDAL DOWN" EGGSPURTS WOULD HAVE BEEN "WHAT SEAN SHOULD HAVE DONE WAS......BLAH BLAH BLAH" DAMMED IF YOU DO AND DAMMED IF YOU DON'T. AS FAR AS JENKINS FINGER, WE ALL KNOW WHERE HE CAN STICK IT. IT'S HIS JOB TO STOP THE OFFENSE. LOOK IN THE MIRROR JENKINS AND FLIP OFF THE "MAN" YOU SEE!! YOU DON'T LIKE IT? DO YOUR JOB AND STOP IT!!!

I agree with Sean... it was a good call and I still haven't figured out why in this day in the NFL that you even put a punter on your team. Go for it on 4th day all the time.
