Fletcher Cox...nonfactor. That just doesn't happen. He's disrupted every offense at some point in every game.

Just not yesterday.

The Saints O-line has turned a quite a few Pro Bowlers into nonfactors of late. I bet it hurts.

We are going up against a different defense than we went up against early in the season. It’s going to be tough.

The Falcons are currently ranked 29th in the NFL in team defense. The Vikings #5, Rams #15, and Eagles #23 and we beat them all by double digits. After we trounce the Falcons Thursday they'll be dead last.

It's going to be tough. But let's not loose sight of the fact that the Saints just went 4-0 against Phili, Cinci, LA Rams and Minnesota while Atlanta went 2-2 against Dallas, Cleveland, Washington and the Giants.

So far this season, Atlanta only has one road win (Washington), is averaging under 21 points a game on the road and has yet to score over 40 points this season. The Saints have scored 40 or more points six times and are averaging just under 40 points per game at home.

If it comes down to a shoot out, the Saints have the bigger gun and more ammo.

I don't see how. Did you catch the Dallas game? They are worst than the Feagles on defense + they've been decimated by injuries. I fully expect SP/Brees to exploit those weaknesses again (see Cincy & Philly game) in the secondary.

The line in Vegas is -13. Take the points and the Saints.

We should beat Atlanta, but let's not forget that in this rivalry records almost never matter. They still have good players, particularly on offense, and they know us better than any other team.

I have a feeling they'll score. I have a feeling we'll score more. I guess my point is they're better equipped to challenge us than most other teams simply because of familiarity.

From a fan perspective, if ever there were a trap game this would be the one.

Divisional game. Always tough, even in the Dome. Y'all must realize Saints/Falcons historically is always tough. Rare if one beats down the other. They'll be coming with all guns blazing.

We'll be ready, but we ain't beating them by double digits. Gladly eat crow on that.

I'm placing my order now. When the Saints are cooking on offense AND defense, everybody can expect to get served a 50-burger.

Make the Falcon's with extra onions for their teary-eyed fans.
