Week 14 Scoreboard Watching
The Saints slip into Tampa with ten days rest and a chip on their shoulders. Expect the offense to bounce back in a big way, and for the defense to avenge the 48 points dropped on them in week one. The Saints also might take a glance or two at the out of town scoreboard as they roll all over the Bucs.
The big game is of course Chi-LA, which will go a long way in deciding if, when, and how many home playoff games NO has. Chicago is two games back and still has a tough schedule. A loss to LA all but guarantees the Saints the #2 seed. Go Bears. Dal-Phil. The Eagles next travel to LA in what will be a must win. If they can beat Dallas, that game will be all the more meaningful. Go Eagles. Minn @ Sea. Intriguing because the Saints could end up facing one of these teams in the playoffs as Chi and Dallas are the divisional front runners and both are beatable. Go ???. Too many factors to see how it affects us Car @ Clev. Another loss by Carolina might have them reaching for the towel. Would that make them lie down for NO or even more fired up? Either way, Go Browns. Atl @ GB. No playoff implications, but double-digit losses for the Falcons? Yes, please. |
