Personally, I like the idea of lower limits on the ceiling roster - don't like this stashing of players - show you know what you're doing and pick the right guys...
Also allows good players to seek, get opportunities elsewhere because a coach/personnel man lacks the vision, conviction to put players in a position to succeed... |
