Natrell Jamerson Claimed by GB
Natrell Jamerson joined the New Orleans Saints in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft back in April, having graduated from Wisconsin with some nice game tape as a versatile defensive back and special teams gunner. Things went off-script when Jamerson was released in September along with the other rookie defensive back the Saints drafted, Kamrin Moore.
Moore was claimed off of waivers by the New York Giants, while Jamerson was picked up by the Texans. Houston waived him this week to make room for running back D’Onta Foreman, and Jameron was claimed by the Green Bay Packers. Jamerson appeared in 10 games for Houston, logging more snaps on special teams (89) than defense (78). He recovered a fumble against the Miami Dolphins in Week 8 and returned it for a touchdown, but it was called back due to penalty. He figures to continue appearing more on kickoff and punt coverage for Green Bay, but there’s a chance they try him out in the secondary as the Packers transition to evaluating for the offseason. USA Today So let me get this straight... we could've got him back? | |

+1 & I agree.
Looking back, I know a few posters were slightly disappointed with the way some of our draft selections (Leonard, Moore, Jamerson & recently BScott) have been phased out however I have to believe when coaches evaluated the final roster, all the right moves were made. I want the best 53 (see Saints current record) on the sideline. |

Yeah, roster must be talented when C. Robertson never sees the field and a guy like Teo never makes game day roster.

He’s got some potential. He’s bouncing around from team to team for a reason though.
