Yes, It Was INDEED Pass Interference. But, Not From This Angle.

This is the pure horse s*** angle which is being peddled by the media and circulated online as an example of how the Steelers defender is only "touching" Kamara's back and "did not affect the receiver" so it should not have been a pass interference flag.

I saw those two idiots (Nance and Romo) blathering that nonsense last night as the play happened and then carrying on about how there wasn't anything to warrant a flag. I knew it was bullcrap but I let it go. Then this morning, I see on Twitter (thanks to Jon Oliver) that former NFL referee Gene Steratore is validating this horrendous nonsense with a ridiculous opinion which is based on the same horse s*** angle you see above.

Nice post and way to go cancel St. Definitely PI. Man what ends up being criticized is actually a great frigan call. Now there are no bad calls against the whinny steelers

Chris Carter is about the only one that publicly stated this in the media.

It's always been the Chosen Ones, Patriots Cows Steelers Packers and for years Paul Allens microsoft money bought the Seahawks no-calls.

It was a ticky tack call. We did get some breaks. So did they. Everyone move on.

Chris Carter said the call on Kamara is different. He was trying to jump. It does not take much force to impede someone jumping. For those saying it was frivolous, try jumping straight up with someone applying fingertip downward force in the same manner. The defender was also not going for the ball first. He was keeping Kamara down first.

I get it though. PI and holding are some of the most subjective calls in sports. Win some you lose some. Maybe focus more on not fumbling which they did twice and going for a stupid fake against a good defense that knew what was coming because the gave it away by putting a player in motion.

When did PI become a 'ticky-tack' call?
