I don’t think Dennis Allen gets a HC shot. Our defensive resurgence is all about Ryan Nielsen, Mike Nolan and Aaron Glenn. I’d be more upset about losing one of them to a DC job.

No coach ever takes an assistant HC gig without intending to move up to head coach somewhere. The Patriots lose assistants to HC gigs all the time, so if anything its correlated to winning not losing. The whole team plays with more energy if there is the sense that our backups are other teams future starters and our assistants will soon be coaching the rest of the league.

You look at the complete overhaul of our defensive coaching staff, I think every single person had helped. Nolan definitely improved lb because look at what we have verse used to

Defense kept us in some close games this year and this Staff will get poached.
But this is how it goes, just get the chemistry correct.
I see they are trying to pull Vic Fangio away from Da Bears as well. Our beloved Mr. Dome Patrol himself..

With there bein so many head coach vacancies there is going to be a lot of assistant coaches moving also. We will,probably lose someone to an AC position.
