I am a huge Sammy Hagar fan as well as Van Halen, and David Lee Roth on his own... I just prefer Van Halen's work with DLR over the Sammy era. Just like Black Sabbath with RJD holds a special place in my heart, and I am a huge Ozzy fan... VanHagar felt more pop-ish to me. saintfan likes this.
