Re: What I'm Hearing
The talking heads .
It is best to be not favored and be the underdog. Saints are. It is best just ignore the commentators, bookies, etc. Saints are that good. They really had a super winnning season. It was not luck. Luck happens in football on a play here and there for all teams , but not enough to get a team this far. L.A.Rams , with 54 pts in a game vs. KC with 51 pts in that game , will be very difficult. Yeah.It is NFC Championship. L.A Rams ARE NOT TAKING. The Saints for granted. Lol. You better believe it. Also, N.EPats, The always favored team by media ARE NO WAY taking new comer Mahomes and KCC for play. |

Re: What I'm Hearing
Ginn is ok at deep balls but it has to be gifted to him. He's not going to make a play on it like Hopkins. It has to damn near perfect. Brees can still chunk it, lacking some HP but he can get it where a play can be made most of the time. Brady is the one who is looking rough. James White has bailed him out all season.

Re: What I'm Hearing
When we get the timing right on the Taysom-to-whomever-deep-post-sprint, all will be forgotten about Drew's sagging long-range capabilities.
Defenses must cover the run with Taysom accepting the snap, and when that burns them twice in one game we'll have all the momentum we need. |

Very glad and grateful for the offensive alchemist and sometime Riverboat Gambler that occupies the Head Coach position for the New Orleans Saints! Geaux Coach Payton!
That said however, awesome is awesome and excellence is excellence so maybe I'll just try using the wise words below and let them be my mantra until kickoff on Sunday |

Re: What I'm Hearing
Everything I'm hearing still sounds a little fuzzy and ringy, because the Dome was so darn loud last weekend. Looking forward to screaming some more at this game.
Goff is not gonna be able to hear a word of anything McVay says to him inside his helmet, PERIOD, and that's a big part of why they looked so good against the Cowboys, McVay was actually telling him what the defense was doing, on each play. They are gonna look like a much different team out there this week when the elaborate coach/QB communication they're used to gets garbled. Looking forward to hearing the announcer boom, AND THAT'S ANOTHER FAN IMPACT PLAY!!! |
