Plus-one to AG's point - Depth, that's the difference in the W-L column...

It's why Clemson, OSU, SEC teams have overtaken other college football teams - they can keep coming at you with waves of fresh horses...

And it's why some teams are in the playoffs while others aren't - because they can maintain a high-level of play without downgrading their play-calling...

If Rankins was not a first round pick (which I still believe he should've had a second round grade) we're probably not even having this conversation...

But he's played great this year (graded less than Big O), unfortunately his body had failed him again - and being physically available is another rare quality among the best NFL players...

Unless our D-linemen start dropping like flies, we're not losing this game because of Rankins; in fact, we're...not...losing...this...f*cking...game...to...Los Angeles...
