I remember watching ESPN/Mel Blount being honored at Southern University on the day they played SC State down in Baton Rouge as a featured Black College sports game of the week. He mentioned Leonard (as a JUNIOR) numerous times in the broadcast on his ability to shed blocks & consistently make tackles & told analyst to watch him closely because he has NFL ability at the position. Congrats to Darius on the Def ROY award. Well deserved. If you are good enough, the NFL will find you. |
