This has become unhealthy...

Re: What if Tommy Lee had flopped?
I thought about this but he was never going to call anything. RS he probably calls it.
He wanted nothing to do with being stamped as the guy that ruined it. I don't even blame him to be honest. Should have never been in that situation. I blame the NFL for not factoring in human emotions in the second highest stakes game of the season. |
Re: What if Tommy Lee had flopped?
Not trying to bash the guy, but TLL shouldn't have been an option in that crucial moment. He's one of the least sure handed players on offense. Small guy with tiny hands.
I wish him all the best in ever facet of life, but not with the Saints. |

Re: What if Tommy Lee had flopped?
Keep this in mind.... If he'd taken a flop, they might very likely have called in from upstairs and taken him out of the game for the head-to-head hit, and potentially benched him. Remember in the playoffs in 2013 the NFL league officials in the booth called down from upstairs late in the game, and took out Keenan Lewis, took away his helmet and made him sit.

Re: What if Tommy Lee had flopped?
Bad things happen when Tommy Lee Lewis is on the active roster.
Better play call would have won us the game, refs obviously messed up but we had a ton of chances to go 10 points up and Brees pretty much squandered all of them. |

Take a lesson from soccer players?
