Re: WWL Radio: Strief - Roger Goodell lied, never talked to Saints players
He talked about having extensive conversations which is in direct contrast to what Payton said about them being very brief.
Just wow... |

I'm still waiting to hear what "players" @nflcommish spoke to. Certainly not any of the usual suspects. Odd that the guy who constantly discusses the integrity of the shield is so quick to lie to the whole world's media at the Super Bowl.

Re: WWL Radio: Strief - Roger Goodell lied, never talked to Saints players
He had information that revealed CTS as a cause of suicide, domestic violence and premature death.
HE LIED ABOUT IT. He had video evidence of not one but TWO females (that we know of) involved in violent altercations with players - One a straight up knock out punch. HE LIED ABOUT IT. He needed to "prove" he was "protecting" the game by stopping a "bounty program" by the Saints (apparently the only team involved). HE LIED ABOUT IT. Why are we surprised by any of this?? |

uncletuna says: January 31, 2019 at 8:11 am Your comment is awaiting moderation. I get my Saints have 31 larger rival NFL markets with fans that dislike our team. But if you’re not the Rams right now, you should be worried for when it’s your team’s turn. I’m as annoyed as anyone by politicians on both sides of the aisle posturing publicly as well as a local ambulance driver gaining free press over this, I more than willing to admit we still had our chances for the win despite a tremendous event that obviously affected the team mental momentum in a now apparent irrecoverable way. But this is yet another event requiring transparent, immediate, strong leadership and when this jerk finally shows up, he’s dishonest. How he kept his job after colluding with certain members of another franchise in a foiled coverup of a domestic violence event is still unfathomable. But this country forced a sitting U.S. President (Nixon) to resign for lying about a coverup of some covert political break-in/spying, can we not hold a commissioner of a football league to the same standard to at least tell the freaking truth? Saints loss, Good Luck Rams, that’s that. All Saints fans may not be where I am in the process, but this bullshinski of lies, lies, lies by Goodell, paid handsomely by owners to do so, must have accountability and reckoning at some point, right? Doesn’t the integrity of the shield mean something? Or is this the WWE? Update: Apparently my post didn't clear Florio's moderation... |
It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...
