Whether I liked the pick or not, you stay with Payton's Plan - let Tre'quan take the Devery/Meach/Ginn z-receiver role this year...
Sign someone durable like Humphries or Hogan to the Lance Moore/Snead underneath role... CantGuardMike will lead at the X receiver position... Sign a big Tight End for the Y like Jesse James, and I'd roll with four tight ends - (James), Josh Hill, Dan Arnold, and Garret Griffin... Bring back the big catch radius of Kirkwood and see what shakes out with the rest... I wouldn't waste the money or the time on retreads like Dez or Meredith... |
