Have you noticed how few guys are in their draft war room ? Meanwhile every year it seems like the Texans, Buffalo or Jacksonville have like 15 guys in the room

It is a testament to the ability of Belichick the way he can develop a roster. They build a team and not just collect talent. He never falls in love with a player but the value they bring.

Love em or hate em, I have a lot of respect the way that organization can assemble Championship winning teams over the last decade. I've never seen a coach who can take non stars and make them prime time.
