we played Balt this year, so we'll see them again in 2022 when Ingram will be 32 and out of his contract, so...

Yeah I have definitely noticed Thomas has been a little cocky lately.

ummm. OK!
THE LAST THING THIS TEAM NEEDS IS PLAYERS WHO CAN "WALK THE WALK AND TALK THE TALK"

The rumor is Ingram's agent screwed up. He tried to bluff Loomis into given up more money and Loomis called his bluff.

I for one am not overly disappointed. I remember MI being in the dog house, for complaining about his number of carries a few years back. He only gave real effort when pushed. A change will be good for his effort as was bringing in Peterson and drafting Kamara. He was clearly the lesser back the last two years but did manage to be friendly. Payton got the most out of him by pushing right buttons. He definitely had talent but Payton had to pull the production out of him. So we got some good use out of MI, (and thanks)but like I said, not OVERLY disappointed. Would not have been disappointed if we resigned him at fair price either. Frankly though, looks like win for Mark. He’s out of Kamara’s shadow and should be motivated this year. We’ll see about the next one after that.

100% agree here.

I think people forget too that MI was never as consistent as Kamara has been these two years.

Ingram would have a really stand out game one week, then barely do anything the next week when your expectations are high.

I knew he was gone after these last two years he was out-played by Kamara in all 4 of our playoff games. I really don't remember Ingram having anything note-worthy in any of those playoff games he started. The Panthers and Vikings both had completely shut him down in the 2017 playoffs.

I heard this as well. I believe it was Detillier who gave an explanation yesterday that really made sense. Basically what you said, his agent effed up.

If that's the case I think it sucks for both sides. I just don't think you can quantify locker room presence. But what do I know?!
