Saints are making the calls but the Dolphins, Redskins, Bengals, Broncos, and Jaguars are asking King's ransom...

If the ball is in your zip code at this level, you gotta make those catches and he's not.

Dak threw some ducks to Michael Gallup (taken a few picks before Tre'quan Smith) yet he found a way to bring em in and keep the chains moving against the Feagles.

Oh, c'mon, both of those were clearly out of his reach...

That's not to say Carr wasn't where he was suppose to be, but then again, Teddy hasn't been the model of consistent accuracy either...

That's why I'd like to be in the meeting and find out what really happened...

Brees hopefully comes back this week, plays well, and we get a different take on what Carr is as a Wide Receiver...

Another upgrade in the secondary; next year's draft should be heavy emphasis on starting guards, wide receiver and secondary depth...

Fair enough but the point here is that we saw how no reliable #2 hurt down the stretch last year against tough teams. I definitely see why the Saints front office is on the phone with Elway trying to pull off a trade with Emmanuel. I think he could be had (on a expiring deal) for a 4th ... maybe a 5th.

It's gonna suck if this guy goes to the Packers or 49ers ... both appear to be legitimate contenders in late January.

Yep. Not having a strong No. 2 is evident as Teddy's read progression is sloooow; conversely, with Brees' return, we'll see yet another testament to his greatness - elevating the play of others, particularly receivers...

Brees will have the ball released before the receiver breaks on the route, making the receivers' jobs easier, making them look better, and, of course, drives will be extended, eating clock, making our defense better...

Should we acquire another WR as you're right to argue, we really need 4.3-type speed on the top of the route tree; Hill's winning the TE production battle & @CantGuardMike will get easier, more explosive plays...
