Welcome back PJ. He made great strides last year as the season went on- really started coming into his own. He’ll probably be suspended to start the season but it’ll be good to have him down the stretch.

Makes sense because with only one draft pick (currently) in the first one hundred-fifty picks, next not till 168th, and a small CB group in this draft class, we're not getting a talented CB unless one falls at 62...

Shore CB up now and focus on S, C, G, OT, TE, WR, LB, DE...

So this is where we are now in the Defensive Secondary:

RCB (2) 23 - Marshon Lattimore, 34 - Justin Hardee (ERFA 2019)

NCB (2) 21 - Patrick Robinson (IR), 35 - Marcus Sherels (FA 2019), 28 - Chris Campbell (RFC 2019)

FS (2) 43 - Marcus A. Williams, 31 - Chris Banjo (FA 2019)

SS (2) 24 - Vonn Bell, 48 - J.T. Gray

LCB (2) 25 - Eli Apple, 26 - P.J. Williams (FA 2019), 20 - Ken Crawley (RFA 2019)

Not concerned about secondary. If our guys commit to training we’ll and keep their heads in the whole process, talent and smarts are there.

Still need another DE who can rotate in and effectively pressure the passer. I'm hoping Ansah comes to Nola after the draft.

I hope so too. If the medical check comes back ok, I think he gets signed.

PJ had his highs and lows in 2018 however I believe he's a starter for a lot of other NFL teams. Decent in zone and can play slot.

Definitely don't want to be looking for "just another guy" off the couch late in the season.

As others have stated, I'm glad PJ is back too.
