He seems like a great guy with leadership skills. He looked sharp during the interview and I enjoyed listening to him speak and formulate his thoughts.

Why shouldn't that TE be able to play special teams? I'd like to see use more two TE sets, possibly three on goal line packages as it gives us more options, flexibility in the red zone...
Mostly though, I'd like to pound defenses early with the run and two TE sets and wear down speed defenses like Dallas early... |
