We took this 330 lb man and tried to make him an edge rusher. Then, when he had the nerve to say he should be playing DT, we got rid of him. Our decision making sometimes...

Meh ...

Poor coaching (Bill Johnson), poor work ethic, 7-9 squads & part of a historically bad (broke records for most yards allowed) defense early in his career.

Sure he's a good player now but let's not forget he was not giving maximum effort with the Saints.

Too bad it took 3 teams before Akiem put it all together.
