Any thoughts on why
Moving away from our traditional pre-pre season arguments over Brooks I thought maybe we can post our thoughts on the following
Why are the Saints better on the road than at home -- Since Haslett has arrived the Saints have a better road record than one at home - One has to wonder if our players are sucked into the bars and nightlife of our fair city and thus are not ready to play -- I will not accept it has anything to do with the fans -- the Dome has been packed -- and the noise level gets high -- Anyone have any theories |

yes when you go on the road you have less distractions and you work more on game plan and football. I noticed the trend in basketball a few years ago, don't know how that theroy is holding up now.

RE: Any thoughts on why
It's the fans' fault. Aaron Brooks plays crappy at home. So bad that he is THE REASON that the Saints lose. He plays worse at home b/c the fans boo him. So it's the fans' fault.
LMAO. That one was just for BnB. |

Oh yeah... and if the fans of the team in the state would just convince the Governor to build the new $75 Billion stadium that can be launched into space then the team could install the special shields so that Brooks only heard the cheers on the field and not the boos. So again, it's your fault.

RE: Any thoughts on why
I would go with the Hasbeen motivation factor .
Like the Big Game . Hasbeen had the ability to jack the team up when playing top teams , Like the Rams and Bucs , but then would get his butt handed to him in games like Arizona .Being in someone elses house can be a motivating factor . |
