I think this move was more about freeing cap for the Thomas deal and the emergence of Butler early in camp than Meredith himself. He has to have been cleared on the injury front or his release would have had to have been tied to an injury settlement.

Theo is great in the passing game, can't believe he shook loose from the Lions. Put him and Kamara in the same backfield and along with Cook ... dang ... it's a 2B, 1TE set, but in reality it's more like 4WR, 1TE set ![]() |
