Superdome Renovation Redux

I'm a fan from out of state, so I'm not sure how you Season Tix holders feel about this.

Is this going to really make a significant difference to make the Superdome a Super destination for football fans, or are we fooling ourselves into thinking that putting more money into a dated venue will elevate what the site is lacking by current standards?

Has building a new stadium been thoroughly explored?

I can't help feeling like this is yet another episode of 'This Old Dome'. Am I wrong?

I hear what ur saying. 450mil now that will spill over to 500+ mil before it’s done . Then in 5-7 years another 500+ mil its just sinking jack into sh$t. It’s the fan base that fills that thing year after year. Were not all from Nola or even Louisiana , it’s miss, ala gulf coast. That fills the thing.so the tax jack we need to match owner and nfls influx . It won’t ever pass. Because the poor people from Louisiana that the real fans can’t afford a beer in the place will never pass the tax. For a 2 billion dollar venue.
CheramieIII and leilung like this.

thats the fact jack!!!!!
