Our depth on D is an issue... There a re few bright spots but safety and CB are actually very thin. If starters go down the defensive gameplan will have to compensate.

There are some 2nd string guys that need to be cut.. They think they are locks on the roster. Banjo should be th first to go, lacking all effort and in the wrong positions.

For a rookie, Kaden Ellis did a good job getting fellas lined up; he made a great read, but over-pursued and allowed a blocker to easily neutralize him...
T-Rex showed some rush today, though I was rightfully reminded his one-on-one might not even start - well, there's injuries in the league, maybe Trey wins in those games? Secondary had some reps, plays where as a unit, they shut down the QB for a throw-a-way... Wes Horton also had some nice reps, could spell Cam for a couple of series per game this year... Would like to have seen more of our reserve offensive linemen - guess Peat needs some conditioning reps... |
