Yeah. Carr is small guy that can be easily guarded. Not the best attributes for slot WR. Or any type WR. Lance Moore was not that athletic but compared to Carr... Carr is not chain mover... Simple as that.

Mack, Arnold, Ozigbo, Butler, Humphreys, Carr makes it? Latvius Carr and Kirkwood better step up this year... I'm going to be a hard ass on them. Did #44 Sankey make it?

I wish I could remember who said it or what the exact wording was, but I remember reading a quote once that said something to the effect of “Payton will always go with the guys that have marginal physical talent if their football IQ is off the charts.” From what I understand, Austin Carr is incredibly intelligent and probably aces the classroom portion of things.
