Re: Week 3 - Seahawks
The line looked like crap and Peat looks out of shape that is very much an issue. AN O-Line doesn't have a setback, they get beat, and we got beat.
Its interesting how focus changes isn't it? If Drew were healthy game planning would be centered around playing the Seahawks; Drew isn't so we are trying to figure out how to be the Saints.... more focus on how we will play instead of who we will play. Some times the same question but from a different direction yields a different answer. Instead of how you would be Sean Payton, figure out how you would game plan if you were Pete Carroll. |
Re: Week 3 - Seahawks
This will be a rough ride.
I see us losing 31-17. By 14 at least. it will be close early but I think turnovers will doom us. |
Re: Week 3 - Seahawks
This will probably be another chest clutcher that goes down to the wire. I'm too old for this....

We didn't do much to fix it in the off season. Payton was more worried about exhausting our victimhood wanting rule changes and the never-ending complaints about the non-call. I don't even think they game-planned for Aaron Donald; whom was all over Brees before he got hurt and couldn't be contained all day. |

I'm not predicting a win, but I think Teddy is going to play better. I think the whole team will play better, and I also think the refs will not have been instructed to control this game given we are not playing the darling team from LA... |
Re: Week 3 - Seahawks
Oh good... can’t wait to see Marcus Williams not even on the screen again on more deep passes. |
Re: Week 3 - Seahawks
Word on the street is that Rankins will be back Sunday.
