Saints QB Drew Brees to have surgery to repair torn ligament in thumb, expected to miss 6 weeks
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; If Dr. Shin says it'll be 6 weeks, it will most probably be 6 weeks. He uses newer techniques to reinforce the ligament. Guys get back much quicker....
