Re: Other injuries
Somewhere in the top of the 4th quarter I looked out the front door and saw my neighbor across the street on his porch, cleaning his grill. I walk over with a beer, and I discovered he had actually started a fire, and was burning old documents related to his business -- he was too cheap to buy a shredder, LOL.
So we burned some documents together. That was easily one of the worst games of the Payton/Brees era, perhaps THE worst. |

For people that hype up Ingram, WTF did he do in that final stretch of the season where our offense couldn't do anything? He was a complete non-factor in the playoffs. Not just last year, but he also did nothing in the 2007 playoff run. KAMARA was the one sparking the offense with big plays when we were struggling in those games. It's usually him, even when teams are doubling him in coverage and focusing to shut him down. Ingram just runs up the middle for 2 yards. It wouldn't have mattered if we had Ingram, Murray or even Pierre Thomas. The Rams had us completely figured out Sunday, almost as if we had no plan for them. They picked up right where they left off from the NFCCG by grinding the offense to a halt. Payton walked right into Wade Phillips' trap. |
