I don't think it was an intentional injury. It's something that simply happened out of circumstance of the play and situation. And I agree, Donald made an excellent play. If anyone wants to be mad over something, blame the o-line and the coaches who did a poor job gameplanning. Payton had his fit about the o-line, but he sure didn't have them prepared for possibly the best DE in the league rushing at Brees. Between Bountygate and the non-call; our fan base has completely broken their brains with conspiracy nonsense, lawsuits, wanting rule changes, and so on. We've become like the Vikings fans we used to hate dealing with after 2009, whom had the same conspiracy nonsense, except they blamed our SB win on a hurricane. We just act like Roger Goodell is some Lex Luthor type super villain, despite him never showing any intelligence whatsoever to make the league look better. |
