this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I will say, defensively our schedule is stout. Not many TE's would have success but the drops are unacceptable. I doubt he gets a pass this week. Dude is in the doghouse....

There's no such thing as a doghouse. I've heard you use that term on several occasions. If a player is on the field they are there for a reason. The QB isn't going to be instructed to avoid throwing a ball in their direction because a coach has a vendetta against them. Quite the contrary. Cook was outstanding in his role as a blocker against the Seahawks. I have heard so much *****ing over the past several years that the Saints never field a TE that can block. Well, we have one that can block and will be seen in the passing game, as well.
