Which is the source of my aggravation, I can't have a qualitative discussion with one of them. They all drink Jerry Juice

Well... she can come to "Daddy" tonight to make up for it.

Funny conversation. My wife is or was a Bears fan, but she hasn't kept up with football in many years now due to having to travel and live in so many different places. She is from Illinois but because she hasn't lived there in almost a decade now, she really don't care. She often says she got to see them win a SB back when they were good and that's fine enough for her. She wasn't even bothered about their playoff loss. My in laws on the other hand were, but because they're older, they don't really get worked up and angry about this stuff.

Man, it really is a week to week league. Tampa is whooping LA’s a$$.

Re: Saints vs Cowboys Game Day Thread

Tampa up 21-0 over the Rams.

Goff has 2 early INTs.

Teams know how to make him look like a crappy QB now since the SB. The Patriots wrote the blueprint to shutting down McVay's offense. Only against us did the Rams look explosive and it came in the 4th quarter after our defense was gassed and exhausted.

Notice how Goff looks when there is constant "pressure" in his face ?

Totally different QB.

Todd Bowles wasn't a very good HC however he's an excellent Def Coordinator.

They are simply following the blueprint laid out by the Bears and Pats when they both exposed the Rams last year.

The key is to pressure Goff, but also to completely change the defensive alignment as soon as the coach/QB headset mic cuts off. Goff don't know how to read defenses. McVay has to tell him what audibles to make and where to throw the ball.

Goff is a system QB by definition and would've been a massive bust if not for McVay.

Bucs now up 38-20. Goff with 3 INTs...

Just imagine what we could've done to that offense if Dennis Allen had sat down and studied tape of that SB performance.

6 sacks for the Bears today. A very sound tackling team that know how to wrap up. This team will be a problem in the playoffs with that D.

Meanwhile Kurt Cousins doesn't appear to be the guy. Goose egg so far.

3 weeks and we’ll be in their house.

They would've been a problem for us last year too. They were the one team I wanted to avoid more than anyone else in the NFC.

It's garbage time for Cousins to pad his stats and try to avoid throwing INTs. The game is well over.

I want a Goff pick six to end this game and Tampa run it up to 50+ points.

This is definitely not the 2018 Rams team.

50 burger could happen today for the Bucs.

It kind of bothers me to see Tampa go into L.A. and beat them. What does that say about the Bucs and what does it say about our Saints?

To be fair here, we were a train wreck the minute Brees got injured. That was something completely unexpected.

If the Bucs blow this game, they should be voted out of the division.

Refs shouldn't have blown the whistle on that Vikings 2 point attempt.

Won't see me shed a tear for the Vikings getting screwed after all the whining they've done about us for years.

Still 8 minutes to go in the Rams/Bucs game. Will both teams end up scoring over 50 points like the Rams/Chiefs game last year?

Edwards has really been a dud thus far - if signing him lit a fire under Hendrickson, it was worth it...

Saints really need to replace Terry Fontenot; he's been the head of Pro Scouting and has been a part of many of our busts in Free Agency...

Kirk Cousins has went 10 for 13 now for 99 yards and a TD after the game was well out of reach. It's those garbage time stats that leads to people arguing he's a good QB.

Ryan Pace has built a terrific defense in Chicago; of course, getting Khalil Mack and Akiem Hicks gifted doesn't hurt...

I wasn't really a fan of the Mario FA pick up either.

I argue if Cousins were in a system like ours, and had the kind of offensive firepower our team has, he might do better.

The Vikings have firepower though. He's not surrounded by scrubs. Some of those Washington teams also head weapons on offense and he was still the same QB.

I'm really shocked to see how the floor has fallen out under the Broncos' defense. I expected them to be better this year.

Having Flacco at QB is just another painful reminder to Denver fans that they are the reason he has a SB ring. You can blame Rahim Moore 100%, now Flacco is torturing them once more, this time with bad QB play.

Way to go Denver.... Is Minshew Mania going to prevent this from being the Broncos' first season win?
